Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I’m inspired by the people I serve—their resilience, their stories, and their determination to rise. Seeing someone gain confidence, clarity, or opportunity because of my support fuels my purpose. I’m also driven by the legacy of Black entrepreneurs who built with heart and vision. Their courage reminds me to lead with compassion, create equity, and make space for others to thrive.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the people I serve and the impact I see in their lives. Helping someone gain confidence, clarity, or opportunity reminds me why my work matters. I’m also driven by my own journey—every challenge I’ve overcome fuels my determination to keep building, keep growing, and keep creating spaces where others can thrive with dignity and support.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I would expand my services, strengthen my operational systems, and create more accessible resources for the people I serve. This funding would help me scale sustainably, improve client support, and build programs that increase equity, opportunity, and long‑term community impact.
