Who or what is your inspiration in business?

The inspiration behind my business is the tenacity that my grandmother taught me throughout my teen years where she was the súper of a building and managed her own catering business selling flan, pasteles and home cooked meals and child care.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by grounding myself in faith. I’ve learned that motivation isn’t something I manufacture every day—it’s something I return to through prayer, discipline, and remembering the calling placed on my life. When I keep my eyes on the bigger picture, the small obstacles don’t shake me as much.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I received $25,000 for my food business, I would use the funds to strengthen the foundation and expand operations for Ricos de Rosalina. A portion would go toward purchasing the food truck so we can operate more efficiently and maintain high food quality. Another portion would be used to secure permits, inventory, and reliable suppliers for fresh ingredients.
