Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is my father. Ever since I was young he held president, vice president and Chief positions all through the oil and construction industry. Most recently he served as the CEO of Fort Mackay, earning profits that go straight to the reserve creating real impact. I always admired how he chose community impactful roles rather than highest paying. I share in this with my community oriented and sustainable home service business.

How do you stay motivated?

I don’t really know, I never stop, I like to sleep at my office more nights than not. I don’t really think about motivation I just keep working. I like the competition, and constant progress, I like to get things done extremely fast. My whole team lives together because we are all trying to create financial freedom in this business. This creates a vibe of achievement, discipline and high expectations, and we have all thrived as people in it. We constantly learn each others discipline

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest it in operational efficiency, there is lots of equipment that would make us faster, and less wasteful when treating lawns. These efficiencies are very expensive and require up front investment but they help the environment, the bees and the community as a whole. This would go towards helping 4 current students achieve their dream, provide young students careers, and impact the environment positively my reducing waste in our operations
