Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from resilience and responsibility. After surviving a life changing accident, I gained a deep respect for how fragile life is and how much strength it takes to rebuild. That experience shaped how I lead my business. I am driven to do things the right way, protect the people who trust me with their homes and investments, and build something honest and lasting in an industry where integrity is not always the priority.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated because I know what it feels like to almost lose everything. When you come that close to not having a future, you stop wasting time and start building one with intention. The setbacks, the stress, and the long days are part of the process. What keeps me going is knowing that every challenge I push through is proof that the life I fought to keep is still moving forward.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I built my company from the ground up through grit, long hours, and refusing to quit. I have not had a true day off in over two years while growing it on my own. This funding would be fuel. I would use it to hire support, strengthen our systems, and expand our ability to serve homeowners and renters with integrity. My mission is to prove that a small business built on hard work and doing the right thing can still succeed.
