Honestly, I stay motivated by the people I serve. In my work with housing, I often see someone accomplish something that might seem small to others—getting their first job, signing a lease, or simply believing in themselves again. What would you do with the $25,000?

I will use the $25,000 to expand opportunity through Milestone Living. Part of the funding would establish a resident resource hub with computers and job readiness tools so individuals leaving incarceration or crisis can secure employment. The rest would create a stability fund to help residents transition into permanent housing. My goal wouldn’t be to spend the $25,000—it would be to multiply its impact by helping people move from temporary housing to lasting independence.
