Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from working closely with people, active listening, and traveling. These experiences help me cross inner boundaries and connect with others where they need it most, bringing their potential forward. I draw on lived experience, intuition, culture, and curiosity. I’m driven by stories that verge on obsession. No matter how technology shifts, storytelling remains an ancient, enduring art.

How do you stay motivated?

I start with my Why. Motivation collapses when the work feels disconnected from purpose. When I reconnect to the deeper reason I'm doing something, my values, curiosity and desire to witness and translate the world, my energy naturally rises. I already know this instinctively: I move when something feels meaningful.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Many entrepreneurs I work with are first-generation or newly arrived immigrants. Storytelling gives them a place to express their dreams through our creative studio, I help them enhance their vision. I would expand access to tools, from the ground up launchpad, regardless of background or income, for fierce passionate new businesses to discover that voice that belongs within their cultural pride and be heard. Transform raw ambition into visible compelling models future generation can embrace.
