Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from my family, my faith, and the legacy of the women who came before me. I’m inspired by the idea of building something meaningful that not only provides for my family, but also tells a story, brings people together, and leaves an impact. Soul & Seasoning was created from love, resilience, and the belief that food, family, and purpose can change lives.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I started. I’m building more than a business. I’m building legacy, stability, and something my family can be proud of. Even when things get hard, I keep going because I know my journey can inspire other women to believe in themselves, trust their vision, and create something powerful from what they already carry inside.
