My inspiration in business comes from individuals who embody a true founder mindset those who see problems not as obstacles, but as opportunities to create meaningful solutions. I’m driven by the idea of building ventures that are not only profitable, but purposeful, scalable and rooted in long-term vision. That same mindset shapes how I approach everything I do: with clarity, resilience and a constant focus on growth and impact!

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by keeping that bigger picture front and center. Every challenge becomes part of a larger mission and every small win reinforces the progress toward something greater. I also stay grounded by continuously learning, adapting and surrounding myself with environments and ideas that push me to think bigger and execute better. For me, motivation isn’t just a feeling it’s a discipline built on consistency, vision and purpose.
