Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is turning pain into purpose. My experiences with trauma motivate me to create safe spaces for healing while reducing the stigma around mental health in Black and Brown communities. I want to show that people can overcome difficult circumstances and still thrive, while serving as a trusted resource and source of support for my family and community.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by refusing to waste my pain. My journey reminds me that growth and healing are possible. Seeing others move from trauma to healing fuels my purpose and reinforces that the work I do helps people reclaim their lives and rewrite their stories.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into expanding healing services at Awakening Aspiration Counseling & Wellness Center. Funds would support therapeutic programs, wellness resources, and community workshops that help individuals and families reconnect, heal from trauma, and access mental health support. My goal is to increase access to culturally responsive care and provide additional resources that strengthen the families and communities I serve.
