Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from transforming adversity into strategy. I was shaped in environments where instability demanded precision, clarity, and decisive leadership—skills I now use to build organizations that protect, empower, and deliver measurable impact. I am driven by the belief that excellence is non‑negotiable, accountability is culture, and leadership is stewardship. I draw inspiration from those who lacked a voice and from the leaders before me who proved that integrity

How do you stay motivated?

Staying motivated starts with small, winnable steps. Break big goals into tiny actions, celebrate each one, and remind yourself why you started. Surround yourself with voices that lift you, not drain you. Progress builds momentum—show up even on low‑energy days, and your consistency will carry you forward when motivation fades. Stand if you can't stand sit, but never say uncle.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With $25,000, I would launch the Breaking Chains: Riva Initiative — a unified Health Care mission that champions Riva’s Law, (A Right to My Life), expand my speaking ministry books and music, strengthen the Breaking Chains Foundation with concentration on Addiction, Domestic Violence, Bullying in Schools, Elderly Abuse and Youth Suicide. and fund the restoration of programs for children of incarcerated parents, and counseling that keeps me spiritually grounded.”
