Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My grandmother inspired me most she never waited for my grandfather- a lumberjack away weeks -to return. She started successful local businesses, took leadership roles in the community, raised eight kids. All with contagious curiosity. My idol! She taught; don’t wait for someone to stay “Oh, it can’t be done”..No! Instead.”Just find a way”.This grit pushed-me past doubters to design, patent a full modular system almost anyone can assemble, quickly and easily.

How do you stay motivated?

Without loving what you do, it wouldn’t be possible! That is my motivation. I simply love what I do!! But not even passion is enough when the expenses pile up in the beginning of a startup and you need solutions fast. That’s when you can’t give into defeat or show fear. Through a disciplined approach of taking good care of my health, emotional, physical & spiritual practice, I’ve learn how to stay calm, allow my brain to process and find the solution to stay motivated

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’d invest $25k directly into scaling my modular construction platform: $10k for AI enhancements (automated BIM generation, cost optimization), $8k for marketing to 5 new licenses and $2k for patent protection. This accelerates revenue from subscriptions and royalties, targeting 583-units deployments over 4 years at reduced costs and speed -proving scalability and unlocking multi million dollar licensing deals. ROI-focused growth!
