My inspiration comes from other entrepreneurs who started with very little but built something meaningful for their communities. I’m especially inspired by small business owners in the beauty industry who turn their skills into opportunities for others. My goal is not just to run a successful salon but to create a path for others through education and employment. How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on the bigger vision behind my business. Every step I take toward growing Nailed by Trish brings me closer to opening a nail academy where I can train and mentor future nail technicians. I also stay motivated by the people in my community who need opportunities to learn a skill and build their own income. Challenges are part of entrepreneurship, but they push me to keep learning, improving, and building something that will have a lasting impact.

If awarded $25,000, I would invest the funding directly into expanding Nailed by Trish and preparing for the future launch of a nail academy. The funds would be used for salon equipment, manicure stations, pedicure chairs, sanitation systems, and professional training tools.
