Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I’m inspired by solving real-world problems, whether that’s on a small scale or a big one. I’ve always been drawn to entrepreneurship because it’s what my family and this country are built on. The innovators, inventors, and dreamers throughout history have all pursued growth and solutions, and I want to be part of that. To me, entrepreneurship isn’t just about making money; it’s about creating lasting change, no matter how small.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by sticking to my core values. My family has struggled financially, but that never stopped my parents from teaching me to be entrepreneurial. I want to repay them and take care of my family so they don’t have to work so hard just to get by. Because of how I was raised, I’ve always felt driven to reach my full potential, and entrepreneurship is a big part of that.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would split the $25,000 in half. One half would go toward jumpstarting my business idea, a networking platform called Talent. The other half I would donate to two nonprofits. One is All Stars Aaronic Priesthood High Adventure Leadership Training camp, which has had a huge impact on my character and confidence. The other is Find Your Path Mission, where I volunteer, which helps provide homes and education for orphaned teens in Mexico.
