Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from people who turn pain, pressure, and responsibility into something meaningful. As a Marine, I learned that real leadership is service, sacrifice, and carrying weight when others cannot. In business, I am inspired by builders who create opportunity, solve real problems, and leave people better than they found them. That kind of impact means more to me than money ever will.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering where I came from, what I survived, and how much responsibility comes with having another shot at life. The Marines taught me discipline. Athletics taught me endurance. Business taught me that impact is earned, not claimed. I do not need constant motivation. I rely on mission, structure, and the belief that if I keep pushing, I can build things that outlive me.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to pour fuel on the mission that has defined my life after war, service, and struggle: helping people build something greater than their circumstances. I would invest it into supporting founders, expanding leadership and education initiatives, and creating more access to opportunity for those who have the talent but not always the resources. For me, this would not just be money. It would be a chance to multiply impact.
