My journey in business is inspired every day by my family, my kids, and the dedicated team that stands with me. They remind me why I started and push me to keep going. But my vision reaches beyond my own circle, I want to inspire future entrepreneurs everywhere. I’m living proof that if you work hard, stay dedicated, and never give up, the American dream is within reach. I believe anyone can achieve something great, no matter where you start.

How do you stay motivated?

My faith in God is my foundation, it keeps me motivated and grounded through every high and low. I’m deeply grateful for my support system: my family, my kids, and my team, who remind me every day why I keep moving forward. Building a business isn’t a sprint; it’s a marathon. You have to stay consistent and trust the process. I truly believe that all work matters, no matter how small or how big, every effort adds up and moves you closer to your dreams.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If I had $25,000 to invest in Big Red’s Hot Sauce, I’d focus first on growing our exposure and building brand awareness. Getting our story and products in front of more people is key, so I’d put some of that money into targeted ads on platforms like Instagram and Facebook, where our community is already strong. Some of the funds would go toward upgrading our production equipment. This would help us make more sauce efficiently, so we can keep up as more folks discover Big Reds
