Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I’m inspired by builders who turn complex problems into scalable systems that improve how society functions. Leaders who modernize institutions rather than just run them. My work in GIS, automation, and AI is driven by the belief that technology should simplify governance, unlock institutional knowledge, and make public systems smarter, faster, and more transparent for the communities they serve.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by impact. When you see outdated systems transformed into efficient, searchable, data-driven platforms, you realize the work matters. I also focus on continuous learning and disciplined execution. Every project becomes an opportunity to design something better than what existed before. Progress, even incremental progress, fuels the next level of innovation.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest it in expanding AI and GIS solutions that help governments modernize outdated systems and deliver services more efficiently. Through ETL GIS Consulting, the funding would support tools that transform fragmented data into accessible, decision-ready information. The result is better transparency, faster services, and stronger communities empowered by smarter public infrastructure.
