How do you stay motivated?The people I surround my self with support me to keep going. I know that if I keep going I can make my family and friends proud, but most importantly 5 year old me proud too.
What would you do with the $25,000?I would use it to put a down payment on a property and rent the property out. This would help me to pay the loan off quicker than my current loan.
