Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My dad raised millions for charity as an entrepreneur… showed me early that business and impact don’t have to be separate. But these days it’s my clients. Someone building somatic drumming programs to help youth and families heal. A regenerative consultant helping people design land and lives that give more than they take. Healers, coaches, therapists, incredibly kind humans… every single one literally changing the world. Being part of that… sooo grateful!

How do you stay motivated?

I learned something the hard way… I was suicidal when my business was doing millions. And genuinely some of my happiest moments came after a bankruptcy when my bank account was almost empty. That told me everything I needed to know about what drives me. It’s not money. It’s impact. Coming through that I made a decision… everything had to be purposeful and in alignment. I wholeheartedly love my clients and what they’re doing in the world. That’s drives me.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I went through almost a decade of hell. Overgave. Ended up drained and in debt. Some incredible humans kept a roof over my head and food on the table for me and my kids and I will never forget that. I’m grateful to be on the other side… in a position to share my gifts, my knowledge, my mentorship. First thing I do is honour the people who had my back. Then create a little breathing room and just keep going… because I love what I do and I just want to do more of it.
