Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I have a few categories. Money is not at the top, it is impact on those who either use the service or products. Making life easier for the majority of people. Growth for myself and those who work for or with me is my next inspiration. Bringing knowledge and opportunities is huge for me. Then of course it is making money through hard work, innovation and eventually allowing it all to be a passive running operation to allow me to hand it off and work on the next opportunity.

How do you stay motivated?

I was one of those kids in grade school in the early 80s that got diagnosed with ADD, so my mind is always going at a speed that many don't understand. My motivation is in a way built into being ADD and the desire to show and prove an idea can come to fruition if it has the right tools and knowledge or the right person to help guide another along. The reward I personally get when someone succeeds in their potential is huge. Sounds like a postcard I know however it is true.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would apply it towards the new ventures that I have going and create an opportunity for another individual or multiple to begin to see their own idea come to reality. What good is life and the blessings we have ( no matter how we got them) if we do not try and do better and help others grow or in some cases simply plant the seed to grow because I know it is not easy to start anything with out a little seed funding that is not designed to hinder with high rates or difficulty even getting help.
