My inspiration in business comes from leaders who use their success to uplift others. I’m inspired by entrepreneurs who understand that business is not only about profit, but about creating opportunities, solving real problems, and strengthening communities. Seeing people discover their purpose, overcome obstacles, and step into leadership reminds me that entrepreneurship can be a powerful tool for transformation and lasting impact.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering the purpose behind my work. Entrepreneurship can be challenging, but seeing people grow in confidence, clarity, and leadership reminds me why the work matters. Every time someone discovers their potential or begins creating positive change in their life or community, it reinforces that what we build as entrepreneurs can truly make a difference.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded the $25,000, I would use it to expand leadership and mentorship programs that help individuals develop the confidence, skills, and vision needed to improve their lives and communities. The funding would support resources, training, and outreach that create opportunities for people who are ready to grow but may not yet have access to guidance or support.
