Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from my grandmother and the many seniors who deserve to age with dignity but often lack support. Watching families struggle to find compassionate care pushed me to become the solution. I built Inaaya’s Touch Home Care and our nonprofit to serve communities that are often overlooked. I’m inspired by entrepreneurs who use business as a tool to create opportunity, restore dignity, and leave a lasting impact.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by purpose. Every senior we help, every caregiver we hire, and every family we support reminds me why I started. Entrepreneurship isn’t easy, but challenges are part of building something meaningful. I’m driven by the vision of creating opportunities for others and building a legacy my children can be proud of. When your mission is bigger than you, giving up is never an option.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Winning $25,000 would help expand our caregiver training and community programs supporting seniors and families in need. We would grow our Senior Essential Kits initiative, providing hygiene and essential supplies to vulnerable seniors, while also recruiting and training caregivers from the community. This investment would allow us to create jobs, expand care services, and reach more families who deserve compassionate support.
