Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I’m inspired less by icons and more by operators who build quietly and consistently. Early founders, farmers adopting new practices, and small business owners who create value despite constraints motivate me. Their resilience and focus on solving real problems shape how I build - practical, grounded, and impact-first, even when progress is slow

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated through discipline and a clear desire to add value. I focus on consistent execution over bursts of inspiration, showing up every day. Seeing real-world impact - whether it’s progress in our work or value created for others, keeps me grounded and driven. Momentum builds motivation, and purpose sustains it over the long term.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’d use the $25,000 to de-risk and accelerate what’s already working - primarily on-ground execution and tighter measurement. That means funding a few high-quality pilot projects, improving systems & increase speed. The intent is simple: convert this capital into clear proof of scalability and stronger unit economics
