I’m inspired by founders who build with intention, not just ambition. My father was a solopreneur, and watching his resilience shaped how I see entrepreneurship. My corporate experience showed me both sides—success that looks impressive but feels heavy, and leadership that creates clarity and ease. That contrast drives my work today, along with everyday entrepreneurs who choose to build businesses that support their lives, not consume them.

How do you stay motivated?

For me, motivation isn’t about constant energy—it’s about clarity. When I’m clear on why I do this work, showing up becomes easier. I’ve built systems in my own business that reduce decision fatigue and create space to focus on what truly matters. I also stay connected to my clients’ journeys—seeing them move from overwhelm to confidence is a powerful reminder of the impact of this work. I would invest it into building scalable support systems that make this work more accessible to more entrepreneurs. This includes developing my self-paced programs, creating practical toolkits, and strengthening the backend infrastructure of Wonder EA to better serve clients.
