Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is the structure that helped me build my first business. I joined a referral community called BNI, which helped me network, communicate better, and grow my business. I thought who is providing this type of service for black business owners and how can I do this not just locally but globally. Through my event ticketing platform Vipsocio.com, I used our marketplace as a testing ground which allowed us to connect with entrepreneurs, event organizers, & influencers across the worl

How do you stay motivated?

Our mastermind is full of generals and champions; people who are actively pursuing GREATNESS. When you surround yourself with people who are building their dreams, it is hard not to stay motivated. Every meeting we share success stories, and when I hear about how my people are winning. It makes me want to do more and assist them in accomplishing every goal that is set for us.

What would you do with the $25,000?

With the $25,000, I would prepare us to dominate for the next 5 years to come. $10,000 to our marketing, brand recognition and advertising campaigns, which would include a conference sponsorship/vendor booth at a major black conference. $10,000 to our quarterly Proximity to Greatness Mastermind Tour, allows us to take new territory. $5,000 for a virtual staff member to help us continue to grow.
