Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My biggest inspiration is my cat, Leo. “Miracle Boy.” After a severe accident, vets told me he might not survive. Fighting for his life and helping him recover changed me completely. His resilience showed me how deeply animals shape and heal us. That experience inspired me to create Wilo — a platform dedicated to real, ethical animal content that celebrates their stories while promoting education, compassion, and conservation.

How do you stay motivated?

Animals keep me motivated. When I see the amount of misinformation, exploitation, and harmful content surrounding animals online, it reminds me why Wilo needs to exist. Building something meaningful isn’t always easy, but knowing that this platform could become a safer digital space for animals, educators, and conservationists keeps me going. I also stay motivated by focusing on the bigger picture: creating a platform that helps people regulate and destimulate is deeply important to me.

What would you do with the $25,000?

The funding would help bring Wilo to life by supporting app development, moderation tools, and the initial launch. It would allow me to build the core platform where real, ethical animal content can be shared while preventing harmful or misleading content. A portion would also support early marketing and continued finds of partnerships with wildlife educators and conservation groups so the platform launches with credible voices and real impact
