Learn MoreSmall practice owners are my inspiration. Larger companies consistently deprioritize them despite their enormous community impact. That inequity is not just unfair but it is an overlooked market opportunity. I built my business to close that gap, because investing in the underserved unlocks returns others simply are not paying attention to yet.
How do you stay motivated?My purpose fuels me daily. I am dismantling barriers for small practice owners while creating pathways for high school and college students entering an industry they never knew existed. When your work serves both the present and the future simultaneously, motivation is never the question. I am building legacy.
What would you do with the $25,000?This $25,000 will create the first of many to come paid part-time internships for HBCU juniors this summer or fall. Paid because talent deserves to be honored. This simultaneously expands my capacity, builds an industry pipeline, and proves my model is built on sustainability.
