Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My biggest inspiration in business is entrepreneurs who I have watched people like Elon Musk, Alex Hormozi and Iman Ghadzi. They inspire me because they focus on execution, innovation, and long-term impact. I’m motivated by the idea of building something bigger than myself—creating systems, providing opportunities for others, and proving that age doesn’t matter on what you can build.

How do you stay motivated?

I don’t rely on motivation. Motivation comes and goes, but discipline is what keeps me moving forward. The alternative of failing and letting down my clients, my team, and the opportunities I’ve been given pushes me to keep working whether I feel motivated or not. Running a business at 17 has taught me that consistency and discipline matter more than temporary motivation, and showing up every day is what creates real progress.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 back into growing my marketing agency. The funds would help expand operations by covering employee wages, allowing me to hire additional talent, and scaling our content production and client acquisition. I would also reinvest in better equipment, advertising, and systems that help us deliver stronger results for clients while creating more job opportunities.
