Who or what is your inspiration in business?

What inspired me, was my unfinished films. Reason being is because things happen during indie productions that are beyond one’s control, so to not finish a project meant I’ll never let anyone see it. So, I wanted to create a space where filmmakers can showcase their unfinished and finished works, tell the most authentic stories, and reach audiences without having to rely solely on the traditional film industry pipeline.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by collecting plants, planting seeds into dirt and people and watching them grow. Sometimes when I am not in my home state where my plant room is, I take a stroll in Home Depot plant area. So healing. So fulfilling.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’d honestly put the $25,000 towards the development and production of many short films and a feature or two, God willing… with small budgets to fill up the IndieCityTV website before the official launch.
