Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business comes from my parents. My mom broker barriers as a gym teacher before women were welcomed in that role, showing me grit and courage. My dad helped build Compuware from a 30 person startup into a publicly traded billion-dollar company, proving you can grow big, stay innovative, and still create an incredible please for employees and families.

How do you stay motivated?

I’m motivated because I genuinely care about people and love the challenge of work. I love solving problems, building great relationships and I’m all in. I have a vision of building something big beautiful and that makes an everlasting impact on the world

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the 25k to support our vendors who have stood by us and helped make this business possible. No company grows alone, and I would not be here without their loyalty, hard work, and belief in what we are building. its my chance to give back to the people behind the scenes who have been there for us, strengthen those relationships and keep building something meaningful .
