Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I find inspiration in leaders who lead with empathy and purpose. I admire entrepreneurs who don't just build companies, but build communities. My goal is to use my background in nursing and education to lead a business that prioritizes human impact.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by the 'Scale of One.' I know my story isn't unique, and that’s exactly why I can’t stop. If I can prove that a TBI survivor can move from three years of homelessness to executive leadership, I provide a proven roadmap for my community. My fuel is the discomfort of growth; I don't just 'want' change. I have the audacity to act on it. I stay driven by knowing that every time I push my comfort zone, I’m clearing the path for the next person to do the same.

What would you do with the $25,000?

Because we have already proven we can change lives with nothing but grit and community will, this $25,000 isn't just a grant, it’s fuel for an engine that is already running. It ensures that our mission in Central Alberta remains sustainable, independent, and unstoppable for years to come.
