Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from resilience and purpose. After experiencing foreclosure early in my career, I returned to the same brokerage years later and became a Hall of Fame agent, helping hundreds of families—especially minorities—achieve homeownership. Implementing John Maxwell’s Intentional Living transformed my leadership path, leading me to become an Executive Maxwell Coach focused on serving, empowering, and developing others.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering where I started and who I serve. Experiencing foreclosure and being a teen mother taught me that setbacks can become turning points. Returning to the same brokerage years later and becoming a Hall of Fame agent reminded me that resilience works. I stay disciplined in personal growth, leadership development, and mentoring others so they can build opportunity, ownership, and generational wealth.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the funds into expanding the HomeChaser Ecosystem, a platform designed to help professionals develop leadership, high-income skills, and AI-powered systems while learning how to build wealth through real estate ownership. The funding would support technology, training programs, and community education initiatives focused on increasing entrepreneurship and homeownership opportunities in underserved communities. I would like to invest in a paid Mastermind to scale in helping more.
