Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

Somewhere btwn survival & specialization, we learned to service bodies in parts & call it care when wholeness is our birthright. My inspiration is the gap btwn ppl arriving as they are & being met in fragments. My goal is to return whole-human care & build coaches who collaborate across providers & know integration happens btwn sessions in the hours no one bills for. Integration isn't a program, it's a practice & I'm building the infrastructure for both sides to live it.

How do you stay motivated?

The problem I wake up inside of is that people aren't lacking information, they're losing self-access and self-trust. We are collectively losing our connection with Self physically, mentally, emotionally, purposefully & the current systems meant to help have deepened that loss. My motivation is to build a world where people develop self-trust so practiced that it holds them when no one else can, not dependence, sovereignty because you become what you practice, consistently.

What would you do with the $25,000?

$25,000 hires the hands that free mine so I can build more of what actually matters. People aren't starving for more programs, they're burnt out buyers exhausted from being treated like a transaction instead of a human. With operational support, I can scale Groundwork's systems & teach coaches worldwide to lead with wisdom instead of extraction. When coaches shift from hierarchical service to relational service, clients will naturally learn to trust. That's not a ripple, that's meliorism.
