Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business are those who have built a life most yearn to achieve but rarely attain. My inspiration is drawn from positioning work ethic beyond any other metric now so that impact can be given back to my community later in ways that truly change the future by giving like most cannot. My family as my cornerstone, my drive to see my community thrive as the result. I’ll live with sacrifice now so I can live like most will not later.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by focusing on small wins that draw me closer to the large scale goal. Micro wins, achievements and problem solving everyday as a focus. Followed everyday by reflection of those wins and allowing myself to learn and grow, remain consistent and outwork everyone. It is in the reflection that shows areas to improve and continually drive myself to achieve. My secret motivation tool is setting aside a date night with my wife each Friday after another 7 days of hard work and gusto.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’ve started my brand Hwy 11 Youth charity from the ground up. I need to position it with more brand cohesion and put tools in place that allow for easy, one click participation virtually that allows me to focus on spreading my mission through interviews, presentations and speaking engagements.
