Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration comes from my faith, my daughter, and the women I serve through Queens Unlimited. Becoming a mother deepened my desire to build something that creates opportunity for the next generation. I want my daughter to grow up seeing women lead, build, and support one another. That vision fuels my work to create spaces where women gain confidence, connections, and access to opportunities that help them grow and thrive.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by anchoring my work to purpose and discipline. As a project manager, I believe vision requires structure to become reality. I set clear goals, build strategic plans, and track progress along the way. My faith and the community I serve keep me grounded. Knowing the work helps women access opportunities, build confidence, and expand their networks motivates me to remain consistent and focused.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the $25,000 to transition Queens Unlimited from a founder funded initiative into a scalable membership based community. The investment would support launching our membership platform, strengthening programming, and expanding workshops, mentorship, and networking experiences for women. It would also fund marketing and operational systems that allow us to grow sustainably and reach more women each year.
