Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is the families I’ve cleaned for years. Parents, pet owners, seniors, and renters who deserve products that work without harsh chemicals or greenwashing. I built Zaha Living Co. to raise the standard: pro-level performance, radical ingredient transparency, and refillable packaging that reduces single-use plastic. Beautiful aesthetic with aluminum bottle design. Clean homes should never come at the cost of health or the planet.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by impact you can measure: fewer toxins in the home, fewer plastic bottles in the trash, and customers who feel confident cleaning around kids and pets. I keep momentum by testing everything like a pro, listening closely to feedback, and setting weekly goals (orders, reviews, partnerships). Small wins stack into real change.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I’d use it to accelerate a Canadian launch: fund a larger production run, secure key certifications (Leaping Bunny/EPA Safer Choice), and invest in packaging + inventory systems to support retail and subscriptions. The goal is simple, get Zaha into more homes faster, with the proof (testing, compliance, and reviews) that builds long-term trust and repeat customers.
