Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I grew up in a family with limited means, guided by a hardworking father and a loving mother whose decisions were shaped by financial hardship. That experience drove me to build something stronger—not just for myself, but to give back. Starting from nothing, I created my own business and multiple income streams with the purpose of supporting others facing the same struggles.

How do you stay motivated?

Im motivated by a clear focus on growth and purpose. I’m driven to scale—not only success, but to demonstrate what’s possible and inspire through my journey. I scaled without support or money, want to help kids learn about the experience; to keep me disciplined and consistent. What would you do with the $25,000?

I’ve pictured what I’ve already started—vote for me to help me finish (see land) then scale to other parts of the county, I will offer lower housing prices for underserved communities where quality, affordable businesses and middle class people find high quality housing & job. Using 25+ yrs of ROI exp. to flip then expand by hire towards community benefit clean up programs and to help build businesses—providing stable living, eliminate poverty for the poor.
