Who or what is your inspiration in business?

As a primary care physician specializing in obesity medicine, I’m inspired by the women I serve. Every day I see brilliant women leading families, workplaces, and communities while quietly struggling with obesity, chronic stress, and burnout. That reality pushed me to build Hall Health and Wellness Solutions—an innovative direct primary care and wellness ecosystem designed to restore women’s health and expand access to sustainable care.

How do you stay motivated?

I’m motivated by the women I serve. Every day I see the impact of obesity, chronic stress, and burnout on women carrying so much responsibility. My purpose is bigger than me. That’s what drives me to keep building solutions through Hall Health & Wellness Solutions that help women restore their health and show up fully in their lives, leadership, and communities.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 to expand Hall Health and Wellness Solutions and scale my Four Factor Fix™ framework. Funding would support community education on obesity and chronic disease, pilot corporate wellness programs, and digital tools that extend our care beyond the clinic. The goal is to turn a proven physician-led model into scalable programs that increase health impact.
