Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I’m deeply inspired by local small businesses and the unique experiences they create within communities. Growing up and throughout my career, I’ve always appreciated how these community-based businesses bring people together. They are places where connections happen naturally where stories are shared, relationships are formed, and trust is built over time. Some of the most meaningful professional and personal relationships I’ve developed began in those spaces I call Happy Place

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by my purpose, my faith, and the impact my work can have on others. Personally and professionally, I’m driven by the opportunity to create meaningful change, build strong communities, and open doors for others through entrepreneurship, leadership, and service.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use $25,000 to launch a consulting toolkit featuring step-by-step guidance, interactive workshops, and online resources, equipping entrepreneurs with the skills, confidence, and tools to start, grow, and sustain businesses that make a meaningful impact.
