Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My biggest inspiration is my father/mother and the hardworking immigrant entrepreneurs who built businesses with grit, not privilege. I grew up watching them wake up before the world, working nights so me and my brother could have a future. That work ethic shaped me. My mission is to build companies that give the underrepresented cleaning business owner better tools, opportunities, respect, and visibility so the next generation of blue-collar entrepreneurs can be seen and go even further.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering where I came from and who I'm building for. I’ve seen firsthand how hard small business owners work just to survive. That drives me to keep building solutions that help them grow. People often say I’m doing too much because I’ve launched companies across different categories, but I see it as building a flywheel. What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 directly into programs that help cleaning entrepreneurs grow. That means expanding education, tools, and access for small contractors, many of whom are Latino and minority founders building businesses with very limited resources. My goal has always been to create opportunity where it didn’t exist before, and this investment would help us accelerate that mission and support the next generation of blue-collar entrepreneurs.
