My biggest inspirations in business are media pioneers like Cathy Hughes and Byron Allen. They showed the world that ownership in media is powerful and that controlling your narrative can transform communities. Their journeys taught me that success isn't just about making money — it's about building platforms that create opportunity for others.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering that my work is bigger than me. As a father, entrepreneur, and media professional, I'm building platforms that I hope will open doors for the next generation of creators, broadcasters, and media professionals.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded the $25,000, I would invest it into expanding my media platform and community initiatives. The funds would help accelerate the growth of HAND RADIO and HAND TV by upgrading studio equipment, expanding our podcast production capabilities, and building a stronger digital media platform for independent voices. A portion would also support Extend-A-HAND, our nonprofit initiative focused on community wellness, entrepreneurship, and educational events like our Food Conscious Tour.
