Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration is creating delicious food. Every time I set foot inside my food trailer, I get excited about creating something new and delicious. I love creating burgers that offer different flavors. Cooking in general is my passion, however burgers are my favorite, because you can do so much with a burger and a good imagination. The more I studied the cooking process of burgers, the more excited and passionate I became about making them better, more juicy and tasty.

How do you stay motivated?

I have always been self motivated, especially for things I am my passionate about, it's the love of creating something delicious differently, thinking and working outside the box. I believe everyone enjoys eating good food and that provides me a lot of motivation. It's exciting to create something new, and to have people enjoy it.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would put the money toward buying a building, to establish a brick and mortar Castle Rock Burgers, for year-round service.
