Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I’ve seen firsthand how guidance can change a young man’s life, especially in single-parent homes. That’s what drives me to build an educational platform that helps people learn real skills, create opportunities, and build a future for themselves through the trades and entrepreneurship.

How do you stay motivated?

Consistency keeps me motivated. I’m fortunate to have great support, but without consistency support can only go so far. I live by a rule: never go more than two days without working on my business. My high school track coach used to say it takes 72 hours to lose what you gained from a workout. That stuck with me. Just like our bodies need exercise, our minds and ideas do too. Progress comes from showing up consistently.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 into equipment, tools, and supplies to teach hands-on trade classes and mentorship for adults, while also helping lay the foundation for future youth programs in my community. My goal is to pour back into the area I grew up in by creating real opportunities, building confidence, and helping people gain practical skills that can lead to a better future.
