Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My biggest inspiration in business is my clients and my team. Our clients trust us with some of the most meaningful moments of their lives, and seeing their visions come to life is incredibly motivating. At the same time, the creativity, passion, and dedication of the Yes Girls team inspires me every day. Together, we push each other to think bigger, create unforgettable experiences, and continually raise the bar.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by reflecting on the incredible love stories we’ve had the honor of being part of. Every proposal and celebration we create is a once-in-a-lifetime moment for our clients, and being trusted with that is something I never take lightly. The most rewarding part is seeing our clients’ faces when they arrive at their dream moment — that mix of surprise, joy, and emotion. Those reactions remind me why we do what we do and continue to inspire me every day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 back into growing The Yes Girls and elevating the experiences we create. A dream of mine is to design and curate a dedicated proposal space—beautiful, intentional, and meaningful for our clients. This funding could help kickstart that vision while also allowing us to continue giving back to our community through the mission trip funds we support each year.
