Connect Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My biggest inspiration is the women I work with every day. So many moms feel like they have to put themselves last, and I love helping them realize they can prioritize their health, their goals, and their happiness without feeling guilty. I also built my business while raising my kids, so they inspire me too. I want them to grow up seeing what it looks like to build something meaningful and go after what you believe in.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by remembering why I started. My mission has always been to help women, especially moms, feel confident in their bodies and their lives again. When I see the transformations my clients go through, it reminds me that the work matters. I also stay focused on creating a life for my kids that shows them what hard work, resilience, and believing in yourself can do.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would invest the $25,000 back into growing my business so I can help more women. I built my company to support moms who want to improve their health, confidence, and overall quality of life, and additional funding would allow me to expand that mission. I would use the money to improve my programs, create more resources for the women inside my community, and reach more moms who are looking for guidance with their fitness, mindset, and personal growth.
