My inspiration in business is rooted in purpose. I’ve always believed success isn’t just about what you build, but what you give back. My goal is to create meaningful impact—helping others grow in business, opening doors of opportunity, and supporting those in need. I’m driven to build something bigger than myself, where success becomes a tool to uplift others and create lasting change in the communities I serve.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by keeping my purpose front and center. I’m not just building for myself—I’m building to create opportunities for others and give back in meaningful ways. Progress fuels me, but impact drives me. I focus on the people I can help, the lives I can change, and the legacy I’m creating. When challenges come, I remind myself why I started, and that keeps me moving forward with discipline and intention every day. It’s not always easy though.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use it towards marketing for my Hiring App, ReelEZ and to design/manufacture a few more hats for my brand, Sleek Street.
