Who or what is your inspiration in business?

I’m inspired by entrepreneurs who build from the ground up and stay connected to their community. My parents’ work ethic and my own journey—from corporate leadership to running a food truck—drive me to create something real, sustainable, and rooted in culture. I respect founders who focus on execution, not hype, and build businesses that people experience, not just buy.

How do you stay motivated?

I stay motivated by progress and responsibility. Providing for my family, showing my sons what discipline looks like, and seeing customers genuinely enjoy what I create keeps me focused. Small wins—like selling out or getting repeat customers—compound into momentum. I don’t rely on motivation; I rely on consistency and showing up every day.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would use the funds to scale production and increase revenue without overextending operations. This includes small-batch production equipment for my hot sauce, inventory expansion, and packaging improvements. I would also invest in targeted marketing and content to grow brand awareness, while strengthening my food truck operations. The goal is controlled growth—turning a proven product into a consistent revenue stream.
