Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business is to give coverage and exposure to young athletes who may not get the chance. Also to tell stories and talk about sports from a honest and fun take for athletes who have experienced the life of pro athletes. We have built relationships with the professional indoor soccer team the Cleveland Crunch as well as the pro football hall of fame.

How do you stay motivated?

We stay motivated by knowing that there is always a small school, youth organization, team, or unsung athlete who has a story to tell that needs to be seen or heard. All of our broadcasts and podcasts shows can be seen on our YouTube channel. There are many athletes and stories that have been told and we continue to shed light on the future.

What would you do with the $25,000?

I would build a program to teach young black men and women how to film, broadcast, and interview in the world of sports and beyond. I would also hire a dedicated staff to continue what we do and make the company better so that our mark stretches not only the city of cleveland, ohio but nationally as well.
