Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My biggest inspiration is real-life transformation starting with my own. My wife and I paid off $112,000 in debt in 36 months, not through luck, but through discipline, structure, and a clear plan. That experience showed me that most people don’t lack effort they lack a system. That realization inspired me to build Finvy: a platform that turns what worked in real life into something accessible, repeatable, and scalable for others. I’m also inspired by founders who build solutions.

How do you stay motivated?

I’m self-motivated, shaped by my experience as a former collegiate athlete where discipline and internal competition drove me daily. I don’t rely on others to push me I compete with my own potential. My background in sales strengthened that mindset; rejection is constant, but I see it as part of the process. Each “no” builds resilience and brings me closer to the “yes” that can truly change someone’s life.

What would you do with the $25,000?

If awarded the $25,000, I would deploy it with discipline and precision to accelerate Finvy’s transition from a promising solution into a scalable financial wellness platform with measurable impact. 35% product enhancement, 35% user acquisition & growth, 25% pilot programs & strategic partnerships. This will bridge the gap between early traction and scalable growth.
