Free RegistrationThe restaurant that I’m starting, has been inspired by first off my stepdaughter who has celiac my sister-in-law who has celiac and all the other people in my area and one day, hopefully to expand my gluten-free restaurant bakery. It wasn’t until my stepdaughter was diagnosed with celiac that I realized how hard it is for people to find anything that is gluten-free and taste good. Every day we get closer and closer to opening our doors this would definitely get our doors open.
How do you stay motivated?My motivation is the idea that I not only get to do something I love which is bacon and cook, but I get to bacon cook for people that don’t have that opportunity to eat out with their families and be able to enjoy a night out with their family in a restaurant either or a day or grab lunch with a friend and no that when they step foot in my restaurant, it is gluten-free all the way
What would you do with the $25,000?And how do I use that 25,000 is to open this restaurant the rest of the way we’re almost there. To be able to provide also a way that people can buy meals for veterans. This is all about a family diner that wants to help in many ways.
