Who or what is your inspiration in business?

My inspiration in business is the impact small businesses have on the U.S. economy. When small businesses are supported with the right financial structure, guidance, and access to capital, the impact reaches beyond the owner. It can lead to stronger businesses, better jobs, stronger families, and more stable communities. That connection between business growth and community stability is what continues to inspire my work.

How do you stay motivated?

I have always believed that limitations are not only about what you lack, but about discovering what you can do with what you have and acknowledging what you need next. That belief shaped how I think strategically: every challenge deserves an honest assessment, whether the answer is to mitigate, adapt, or change course. I stay motivated through constant learning and by sharing my passion to help others move closer to their goals.

What would you do with the $25,000?

My reason for participating is bigger than the prize. During this campaign, I support GENYOUth’s work to help children access nutrition and wellness resources while sharing GemPeak Financial’s mission. Just as children need support to thrive, small businesses need practical tools and guidance to become stronger. Stronger children and stronger businesses shape the future of our communities.
